Le titre échappe à Mick Schumacher en F4 Italie
Déjà vice-champion en ADAC F4, Mick Schumacher a vu le titre lui échapper également en F4 Italie, où il se classe au deuxième rang du championnat.

C'est avec 25 points de retard sur Marcos Siebert que Mick Schumacher a abordé le dernier meeting, à Monza, lui qui a manqué trois courses en début de saison.
Le pilote Prema a réduit l'écart à 18 unités lors de la première course du week-end en Lombardie, s'imposant pendant que son rival prenait la deuxième place. Cependant, la deuxième manche a vu les deux hommes batailler et finir par s'accrocher. Schumacher a reçu un drapeau noir et orange qui lui a fait perdre tous ses espoirs de titre, Siebert se classant cinquième d'une course remportée par Sebastián Fernández.
Schumacher a conclu la saison en beauté en remontant de la 26e à la 2e place lors de la dernière course de l'année, remportée par son coéquipier Jüri Vips.
L'Allemand conclut donc la saison au rang de vice-champion derrière Siebert, un pilote bien plus expérimenté qui a déjà couru en Formule Renault par le passé. Raúl Guzmán est un convaincant troisième, alors que Jüri Vips, cinquième, est le mieux placé des débutants en monoplace.
