When any sporting event goes down, the focus is always on the athletes. In the case of Red Bull Frozen Rush, nine athletes got all of the attention, but it was the work of hundreds of staff -- ranging from safety crews to track builders to media coordinators -- who helped the one-of-a-kind race become a reality.

In Three Perspectives, we take a closer look at a trio of key people involved with bringing Frozen Rush to life: Photographer Garth Milan, crew chief Jason Schampers, and television director Terry Lingner. The three individuals have very different roles from one another, but they are also integral pieces for turning Frozen Rush into a major happening.
